"Blush"  This commissioned work has been created with intense, contrasting colors to suit a poorly lit wall. This painting of a young woman is painted in 3/4 profile and showcases her cascades of soft red curls surrounded in shades of emerald greens and yellow ochres.  The youthful face seems to reveal itself through an impressionistic background as she emerges from  childhood into womanhood.
